Co-Founder | Principal

Brennan Riddle brings a breadth of knowledge and over a decade of real estate experience to his role at RCC Development. During Mr. Riddle’s Real Estate career, he has engaged in deal sourcing and acquisitions, underwriting, entitlements, capital sourcing and financing, design and pre-construction, construction management, and dispositions.


Mr. Riddle’s development experience was preceded by diverse roles in the real estate industry including an assistant management position at a private equity firm specializing in complex secondary market mortgage loan transactions and an asset management position at a well-capitalized real estate holding company with $250mm+ AUM where he personally analyzed and developed workout/ disposition strategies for a $100mm portfolio.

Beyond his real estate experience, Mr. Riddle brings entrepreneurial and business management skills to RCC from an 11-year passion project company he founded at age 21.
 

 In his free time, you will find him spending time outdoors with his family, traveling, or working on his cars.

Luis A. Carmona has been a distinguished professional in the real estate industry since 2007. As an entrepreneur, he has cultivated extensive investment experience, particularly in urban in-fill multifamily development projects and Section 8 value-add projects. His expertise also encompasses providing comprehensive Design Build services to property owners, ensuring seamless project execution from concept to completion.

Mr. Carmona’s extensive portfolio includes multifamily, industrial, development, and lease transactions, showcasing his versatility and depth of knowledge in various real estate sectors. His commitment to excellence and meticulous attention to detail have earned him a reputation for delivering high-quality results.

In addition to his practical experience, Mr. Carmona is a licensed real estate broker and holds a B - General Building Contractor license in the State of California. His dual licensure underscores his comprehensive understanding of both the transactional and construction aspects of real estate, making him a valuable asset to any project. With a proven track record of success, Mr. Carmona continues to drive innovation and growth in the real estate industry.
